Coaching is amazingly versatile in how it can help you reach your goals and live out a values-led, purpose-driven life. If you're feeling stuck in your relationships, stressed and burned out, unsure of your career path, or wanting to make changes in your physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual health, coaching could be a great fit for you! Holistic health coaching will help you explore what your goals and values are, identify the barriers (internally and externally) getting in your way, and facilitate co-creating solutions to overcome your obstacles. As a result, clients feel more energized, vibrant, and confident when they get their values and actions into alignment.
Currently all coaching services are offered securely and conveniently via Zoom.
As your coach, I'm committed to showing up to every session ready to work and encourage you along your journey. To facilitate change, I integrate therapeutic, motivational, and coaching tools tailored to your specific needs. My psychology background informs my coaching work, and I aim to strike a balance between deep empathy for my clients and also challenging them to get to their next level, infusing moments of humor along the way. There is a therapy mantra that describes how we are doing the best we can, and, at the same time, we need to do better. I think that coaching embodies this dialectic of self-compassion vs. change well.

Of course! Working with faith-based clients is a specialty area of mine, and I enjoy integrating faith-based conversations and tools into coaching. However, if you don't share that background we can still meet for a Awaken Clarity Call to determine if we would be a good match in helping you reach your health goals.
Fees are determined by package, not by session. Your coaching package is specifically tailored to you and your goals, package pricing will be discussed with you after your Clarity Call. Coaching is an investment in yourself with the potential for a great return. Packages include weekly coaching sessions, in-between session contact to support your goals, as well as additional resources tailored to your needs.
Therapy and coaching share similarities and also have many differences. Therapy is typically problem-focused, may require a medical diagnosis for treatment, and can be open-ended. Therapists may take a more neutral stance, are licensed, and trained to handle more serious psychological issues and crisis situations.
In contrast, coaching does not diagnose, it stays action-oriented, is more directive, and focuses on the present and future. Coaching clients are typically at a place in their lives where they are able to focus on their goals and their future, and mental health concerns are already being managed and/or symptoms are in remission. While coaches may have certifications and undergone training, there is no standardized requirement for what education needs to be completed to call oneself a coach.
